Jewelry and other Cursor products are non-refundable. You can exchange an item that did not fit or receive a gift certificate for a similar amount within 14 days from the date of purchase / receipt of the order by mail! We provide a warranty of up to 1 month for all jewelry.
Warranty, repair and terms of exchange of CURSOR jewelry.
1. The warranty for the repair of jewelry is 1 month from the date of purchase.
2. Jewelry is non-refundable, but can be exchanged within 14 days upon presentation of the receipt. At the same time, the decoration must have a marketable appearance.
3. The warranty covers the repair of accessories (chains, locks, fasteners, rings, etc.), damaged stones cannot be replaced.
4. Loss or damage of jewelry due to improper care or storage is not a warranty case.
5. Jewelry repairs are carried out within up to 3 months. You can send a request for the repair of jewelry by writing to us: hello@cursorjewelry.com. An employee of the care service will guide you on further actions.
