Payment and Delivery terms

At the moment we only accept PayPal payments. If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create one during checkout - it's very simple and fast. You will spend one minute. No additional commissions are required from the buyer during the payment. If you have any problems with paying your order, please contact us, we will send you personal link for payment:

Information about the cost and delivery time

If you place an order on a weekday before 12pm, your order will be shipped the same day. If your order is placed after 12pm, the order is sent the next day. We ship weekend orders on the first working day after the weekend.
Deliveries in the city of Tbilisi are delivered within 1-2 days after dispatch.
Orders to other regions of Georgia from 3 to 8 days, depending on the distance.
The delivery time to another country is calculated on request.

Order delivery methods:
1) Independently
You can pick up your order by yourself at the address: 8 Vasil Barnov St, Tbilisi showroom Free Form space.
2) Delivery by courier (only Tbilisi)
We can arrange delivery with the help of a Yandex courier, the cost of delivery is calculated individually and paid by the buyer after receiving the parcel.
3) Delivery by Georgian Post
The fixed cost of delivery in Georgia is $5.
4) Shipping to other countries
The fixed cost of shipping to another country is $10.

Orders starting from $150 are delivered free of charge.

ATTENTION: After sending, we will send you a tracking number for tracking the parcel. If the parcel is returned back through your fault (it was not picked up at the post office - and it was sent back unclaimed), the order is considered canceled and in order to still receive it, you need to pay for delivery by mail a second time. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for parcels lost by mail.

Taxes and duties

The Customer is responsible for paying all applicable customs duties and charges in accordance with applicable local laws. If your order is shipped outside of other countries, you may need to pay customs duties and other import taxes to receive your order. The transport company will notify you that your order in the online store is stored at the customs office of your country and that you will need to pay duties and other applicable taxes to the local customs office, as well as, if necessary, request the necessary information for customs clearance. If you do not pay the fees immediately, there may be a delay in the delivery of your order. You are responsible for paying any customs duties and/or import taxes, and the local authorities will withhold your order until you pay the fees.

Please note that if you request a refund for an item for which you have paid a fee, we cannot refund the fee as it is not charged by us. The duty is refunded by your local customs upon your direct request to them. We cannot request a refund of your fee on your behalf.

Unfortunately, we do not control these fees and cannot tell you what the cost will be, as customs policy and import duties vary greatly in different countries. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you place an order to avoid any unexpected charges. If for any reason you do not pay import or customs fees, we have the right to charge you any additional costs that may be incurred by us in connection with this.
